I need a secure, web-based portal that lets banks and other financial institutions instantly validate key documents—Aadhaar, PAN, ITR, Form 16, Udyam, GST, Passport, and Driving Licence—by simply entering the certificate or document number. PDF upload should still be accepted when clients prefer, but no other file types are required.
The verification flow must meet an advanced standard. That means API or gateway connections to the appropriate government or third-party data sources, reliable OCR or checksum routines where APIs are unavailable, multifactor authentication for users, full encryption of data in transit and at rest, and a tamper-proof audit trail. Once a check is complete, the system should generate a clear, timestamped PDF report our clients can download or email as proof of compliance.
A separate, automatic billing module is also essential. Each verification request must be tracked, priced by document type, and pushed into an invoice that clients can view, download, and pay online. Basic reporting on usage and revenue will help me monitor performance.
