ScoreApp Assessment-Inspired Standalone Web Tool

I run an online assessment through ScoreApp and now want it rebuilt so it lives entirely on our own site, https://1training.com.my/. Everything the participant currently experiences—questions, scoring logic, branching and email capture—must work the same way, but without any dependency on ScoreApp.

When a user completes the assessment, the personalised result screen has to follow the exact layouts I have already created in Canva. I will provide the Canva designs and assets; you only need to convert them into responsive front-end code.

I do not know about the specifics of the website, I am a Master's in Corporate Management Psychology intern, leaving in 2 months.

It would be best if it can be transferred into a working mobile application in the future.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional on-site assessment tool reproducing current ScoreApp logic
• Front-end results pages that mirror the supplied Canva designs pixel-perfectly
• Simple admin area or config file where I can make edits.
• Technical hand-off documentation so another developer can extend it into a mobile application later.

Timeline is flexible—there’s no hard deadline—so quality and maintainability take priority over speed.
