Schoology-Like LMS Development

I'm looking to develop a comprehensive learning management system website, similar to Schoology. The platform will cater to three user roles: Administrator, Teacher, and Student.

Key functionalities include:
- Course Management: Create, manage, and enroll in courses.
- Gradebook: Track and manage student grades.
- Discussion Forums: Facilitate discussions among students and teachers.
- Updates: Only accessible by teachers and admins.
- Group Management: Create and manage user groups.
- New Course and Group Creation: A button to easily set up new courses and groups.
- Members List: Admins can promote others to admin.
- Quizzes: Create and manage quizzes.
- All other functionalities that Schoology offers.

Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in developing complex web applications, preferably LMS.
- Strong understanding of user role management and permissions.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with database management and integration.
- Excellent UI/UX design skills to ensure a user-friendly experience.
