School ERP Web & Mobile
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m ready to commission a complete ERP solution for our school that works seamlessly on the web and as a mobile app. Each stakeholder—students, parents, teachers, the principal, and the HOD—will land on a dedicated login screen that leads to an experience tailored to that role.
Core modules I need from day one include attendance, fee management, examination scheduling and results, homework tracking, holiday notices, leave applications, and built-in email notifications so every alert reaches the right person instantly. Attendance records must be editable only by the principal for now, though I’d like the architecture to allow easy expansion to teachers or the HOD should policy change.
Security is critical. Please build in robust role-based access control throughout the codebase and structure the data so future security layers—such as two-factor authentication or scheduled audits—can be added without re-engineering the entire system.
I’ll look for clean, well-documented code, a responsive UI across modern browsers and both major mobile platforms, and deployment support up to the point where the system is live for our first academic term.
