School Donation Platform Development

Nzboxer is a website where schools can list items they need like textbooks and sports equipment. Donors and investors can browse the site and buy those items for the schools. It works like a wishlist but for education.
The Technical Challenge:
This is not a normal store. We need custom logic because a donor might buy a microscope for Lincoln High School and a football for Washington Elementary in the same order. The system needs to handle this as one payment but recognize that items go to different schools with different shipping addresses.
Core Requirements:
Multi-vendor setup where each school has its own catalog of needed items
Custom checkout that splits orders by school while keeping one transaction
Three user roles: School Admins (add items), Donors (buy items), Platform Admins (us)
Custom reports showing donations by school, funded items, and impact metrics

Domain and hosting are set up
Designs are almost finished in Figma
Five schools are waiting to join the pilot program

You have built Magento sites before with custom features
