School ID Card Platform

I need a complete, web-based School ID Card management platform built from scratch. The system must contain two fully separated areas: an Admin panel for me and an individual panel for every school we onboard.

Admin panel
• Secure login for me alone.
• Add, edit, or delete schools at any time; each school receives its own automatically generated username and password.
• Real-time visibility of every school’s roster and each student’s record.

School panel
• School-level login.
• Two ways to populate students: one-by-one through a form or in bulk via Excel upload (up to 1,000 rows at once).
• Mandatory student fields: Name, Father Name, Date of Birth, Course/Class, Mobile Number, Address, District, Gender, Roll Number, Session, Pin Code, Photo.
• Once data is saved, the system must instantly create a classic-style PVC ID design for that student.
• Schools can download a printable PDF or send IDs straight to the printer.
• “Generate All” button that renders every active student’s card in one click.

Core requirements
• School data is fully siloed—no school can see another school’s records.
• Fast page loads and an interface that reflows gracefully on mobile.
• Robust, industry-standard authentication and clean, well-commented code so future features (reports, notifications, etc.) can be added easily.

Deliverables
1. Deployed website (prefer Laravel/React, MySQL, or comparable stack) on my hosting.
2. Source code in a private Git repo.
3. SQL file or migration scripts to recreate the database.
4. Brief video or PDF walkthrough that shows how to use every feature.

I will test by creating a dummy school, bulk-importing 1,000 students, and printing all IDs in under five minutes without errors. If that flows smoothly and the design matches a classic PVC look, the project is complete.
