Scalable LMS Development for Maths Tutoring

I would like an LMS developed, however, it needs to scale, I am an extra maths tutor with extensive experience but need to provide an LMS online maths platform to help students nationally, I also tutor other subjects but would like to get a digital solution template up and running..students must be able to login, acres online videos and notes, do quizzes, and self mark and access solutions to such, marks must be tracked and parents must get reports, I must be able to update the database and monitor my students progress and activity, in time other features may be added.
