Sales Panel & OTP Booking Upgrade

I want to extend our existing pet-care booking platform with a dedicated browser-based panel for the sales team. From this panel they must be able to log in, manage their own accounts, and create bookings on a customer’s behalf without ever asking for the client’s password.

Core changes I’m after

• OTP-only authentication
Replace the current e-mail/password flow everywhere with a clean one-step mobile OTP login (both web and PWA).
• Sales team workspace
– Create new bookings for any customer.
– Add or edit team-member accounts and permissions.
– Download booking records as CSV/XLS, but phone numbers must be automatically masked except for the last four digits.
• Enhanced booking flow
1. Add the customer’s pets.
2. Pick an available time slot.
3. Select the doctor.
4. Auto-generate a unique link that the customer receives instantly (SMS / WhatsApp) so they can add their address and complete payment.
• Unified visibility
Once confirmed, the appointment has to appear under “My Bookings” inside both the customer portal and the doctor portal we already have in production.
