I’m looking for an experienced web developer to build a custom website for one short-term rental property. The site should support direct bookings, payments, guest automation, and Airbnb/VRBO calendar syncing.

Key Requirements:

Standalone, mobile-friendly website for a single STR

Direct booking on the site with secure payment processing

Two-way calendar sync with Airbnb and VRBO

Guest login/accounts

Guest login required to access house WiFi

Automated guest emails (pre-arrival, during stay, post-stay)

Guest Shopping Feature:

“Shop the House” section

Ability to link items used in the home (sheets, mattresses, art, décor, etc.)

Simple setup — affiliate links or direct checkout (open to recommendations)

Admin Needs:

Easy dashboard to manage bookings, guests, emails, and products

Ability to update content and photos
