Android App + Web Admin Panel Development Required

Project Type: Android Application + Web-Based Admin Panel
Purpose: SMS management & monitoring system (strictly legal and policy-compliant)

I need a custom Android app with a web admin panel.
Users will install the app, grant required permissions, and after permission approval, the app will run smoothly in the background.

All SMS data and device status must be synced in real time with the admin panel.

IMPORTANT (Must Read):

App must be 100% compliant with Google Play policies

Play Protect safe

No malware, spyware, hidden behavior, or policy violations

No data deletion from user device

On each captcha submission:

₹25 added to a dummy wallet

Wallet is UI-only

SMS History Sync (Very Important)

After permission approval:

All existing (old) SMS messages must be uploaded

Includes:

Inbox

Sent messages

OTP / transactional messages

Old SMS upload should happen one-time initially

New SMS must sync in real time

SMS must NOT be deleted from the phone

SIM Slot Number (SIM 1 / SIM 2)

Accurate network status:

Online when internet is ON

Offline when internet is OFF
