SMS Drip Campaign Form
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a lightweight web form that asks for a customer's name, email, phone number, address, ISP, Reps name filling out form, installation date, prospect or closed deal and any additional services then pushes that data straight into an SMS drip sequence. Once rep submits, two possible tracks must fire based on "prospect" or "closed deal":
• Existing customers: automatic reminders of their install date plus a short series of FAQ-style support texts.
• Potential clients: a separate, fully editable promotion sequence designed to nudge them toward signing up.
Both tracks need to be easy for me to tweak—copy, timing, opt-out wording—without touching code each time. I also want every outgoing message to include clear ways to reach us by email, phone call, or simply replying to the text.
Core deliverables
1. Responsive form (embed code or standalone page) storing the data points.
2. Backend workflow that assigns the correct campaign based on a flag I set (customer vs. prospect).
3. Simple dashboard, CSV export, or direct integration so I can review submissions at any time.
4. Editable SMS templates with variables for name, dates, promo codes, etc.
5. Help setting up sender IDs, opt-in/opt-out compliance, and a quick test proving each sequence works end-to-end.
You’re free to suggest the tech—Twilio, Plivo, Zapier, Firebase, or another stack—as long as it keeps monthly costs low and future edits straightforward.
