SEO-Ready Lead-Gen Video Site

My company, madworksvideo, specialises in video production and I need a small, fast website whose single goal is to generate qualified leads. The site must be engineered from the ground-up with clean on-page SEO (titles, meta, schema, alt tags, fast load, mobile-first) so I can rank locally for video production search terms and capture enquiries through clear calls-to-action.

Core pages I need right now are:

• Home
• About Us
• Contact Us (with embedded form that feeds straight into my CRM or at least email)

I’d like the build to sit on WordPress (Gutenberg or Elementor is fine), but I’m open to a lightweight static stack if it can still give me easy editing. Either way, optimise images, minify assets, and wire in Google Analytics/Search Console. If you prefer tools such as Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or similar, feel free—just make sure the fundamentals are solid and I can update keywords myself later.
