SEO Medical Patient Info Website

I’m building a medical site whose main role is to give patients clear, searchable information about our practice. At the heart of the build are detailed doctor profiles that must allow two key interactions: patients can reserve an appointment directly from the profile and the doctors can publish their own articles or thought pieces without touching code.
Functionality must feel effortless on any device. Pages have to load fast, navigation must be intuitive, and every element—from schema markup to clean URLs—should be tuned for strong organic visibility. I already have hosting, a logo, and basic copy; what’s missing is the complete front-end / back-end build, polished SEO setup, and an admin area simple enough for non-technical staff.
Deliverables
• Fully responsive website (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript or WordPress) with a secure CMS
• Doctor profile module with appointment booking integration and authoring capability
• Blog/knowledge section automatically attributed to each doctor when they post
• On-page SEO: metadata, headers, alt tags, structured data for medical content
• Initial submission to Google Search Console plus an XML sitemap
• Performance score of 90+ on Lighthouse for both mobile and desktop
Acceptance will be based on zero critical errors in Search Console, smooth appointment flow from profile to confirmation e-mail, and the ability for a test doctor account to publish an article end-to-end without developer help.
