Rocket LMS Laravel Expert Needed - Microsoft Teams, Email & WhatsApp Fix

Rocket LMS (CodeCanyon) - Urgent Fix Needed

I need an experienced Rocket LMS and Laravel developer.

The platform was working correctly before Microsoft Teams integration.

After integrating Microsoft Teams, the following issues appeared:

Microsoft Teams
Zoom works perfectly.
Microsoft Teams does not create or manage meetings correctly.
Teachers can see Microsoft Teams as an option, but it is not working properly.
Email Notifications
Booking and notification emails stopped working correctly after the Microsoft Teams integration.
WhatsApp Notifications
WhatsApp messages are failing or not being delivered consistently.
Some messages appear as Failed in the message history.

Server: Hostinger
Platform: Rocket LMS (CodeCanyon)
Cron Jobs: Already configured.
Do NOT rebuild the project. Diagnose and fix the existing issues only.

Budget: Fixed $50 only.

Payment will be released in 2 milestones:

Milestone 1 ($25): Fix Microsoft Teams.
Milestone 2 ($25): Fix Email and WhatsApp notifications and test everything.
