Restaurant Loyalty Points Platform
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a complete, ready-to-use digital loyalty points system tailored for a single-location restaurant. Diners must automatically earn points on every purchase, view their balance in real time, and redeem rewards in-store or online with minimal staff intervention.
At the manager side, I expect a secure dashboard that lets me:
• set the earn-rate and reward tiers,
• look up customer histories, and
• export basic reports (CSV or PDF) on visits, redemptions, and top guests.
The customer-facing part can be a lightweight web app, a mobile wallet pass, or another effortless format you recommend, as long as guests never have to remember physical cards. If your approach later allows us to add referral or promotion-based bonuses, all the better.
