Responsive Portfolio Website Build -- 2

I’m putting together a personal portfolio and need a sleek, modern site built from the ground up with clean HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript. The single-page layout should gracefully adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens—mobile-first, fully responsive, and lightweight for quick loads.

The site will serve purely as my Personal/Portfolio showcase. At a minimum it must include three core sections:

• About Me
• Projects
• Contact

I already have specific design references and colour palettes in mind and will share them as soon as we start, so you can align typography, spacing, and interactive touches accordingly. Smooth scrolling, subtle hover effects, and a compact hamburger menu on small screens are the sort of details I’m after, but I’m open to your creative suggestions as long as the end result feels contemporary and professional.

Deliverables:
• Well-commented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files, ready to deploy
• Fully responsive styling tested across major browsers and devices
• Integrated contact form (client-side validation is enough for now)
• Brief hand-off notes explaining the file structure and how to add new projects later
