Responsive HTML Clone of Reference Website
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a clean, hand-coded replica of https://austindtitus.ca/ built only with HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript. The goal is to match the look, feel and smooth responsiveness of the original site while keeping the codebase lean—no frameworks, page builders or back-end dependencies.

Key points
• The blog must omit any comments functionality; the layout should still look complete without it.
• Every page should respond gracefully from mobile up to large desktop, mirroring the breakpoints and fluid typography of the reference.
• All interactive elements (e.g., navigation toggles, subtle scroll effects) should be reproduced with vanilla JS only.
• Use semantic HTML5, well-structured SCSS/CSS and organised assets so future edits are straightforward.
• Images and copy can be pulled from the reference for now; I will replace them later.
Acceptance
I will consider the project complete when each page visually matches the reference across the latest Chrome, Firefox and Safari, all links and hover states behave identically, and Lighthouse shows no major accessibility or performance regressions compared with the original.
