Responsive Food Ordering Website Development

I need a fully responsive food ordering website for personal use. The site should be clean, modern, and user-friendly, and it should work seamlessly on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

Key Requirements:
- Integrate cart, order, and payment functionalities (QR/UPI/COD)
- Develop an admin panel to manage and view all orders
- Send order confirmations via email using PHPMailer
- Store customer and order data in a MySQL database
- Enable CSV export for order history
- Add a dynamic food menu with category filters
- Integrate a WhatsApp order confirmation feature
- Design the UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

The ideal freelancer should have:
- Experience in developing responsive websites
- Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL
