Responsive Bilingual car Website

I already have the full layout ready in Canva and now need it converted into a live, pixel-perfect site that handles both desktop and mobile screens seamlessly. The goal is a business-focused test drive-booking website, launched initially with just three pages—Home, About Us, and Contact Us—yet structured so I can add more later without refactoring.

The booking flow should feel effortless for visitors: calendar view, time-slot selection, and a confirmation email. You’re free to suggest the best way to implement that piece, so long as it remains easy for me to manage after hand-over.

Bilingual support is essential. Every bit of on-screen text needs an Arabic counterpart, accessible through a simple language switcher and stored in a way I can update myself (WPML, i18n JSON files, or any reliable localization method you prefer).
