Resolve Initial Load & Mobile Layout

Job ID: 40358497

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

My WordPress site behaves perfectly only after I hard-refresh it from the dashboard. On a brand-new visit, though, the design collapses: the hero button jumps left, margins explode, and entire sections look like they belong to another template. This happens on both smartphones and tablets, so a full mobile-responsiveness sweep is needed alongside the deeper “first-load” fix.

What I need from you
• Diagnose and permanently eliminate the broken-on-first-load bug so the layout renders correctly the very first time on every device and browser.
• Re-work mobile CSS and any conflicting JavaScript so spacing, fonts, buttons, and section alignment remain consistent across common break-points.
• Remove the random gaps appearing throughout the page, with special attention to the hero/cover section.
• Verify the final build passes Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test and shows no CLS, FOUC, or cache-related glitches after clearing history and cookies.

Key context
– Platform: WordPress (no certainty yet whether the theme or a plugin is to blame).
– Problem devices: both smartphones and tablets.
– I can provide staging credentials, current theme files, and plugin list on kickoff.

Deliverables are accepted once I can open the site in a fresh incognito session on multiple devices and see a flawless layout, then resize the window without any content jumps. If you include concise notes on what you changed (theme settings, CSS overrides, plugin tweaks), that will help me maintain the fix going forward.
