Resolve GoHighLevel JavaScript Glitch
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi,
I am looking for a developer who can help me resolve a critical technical issue with my GoHighLevel (GHL) agency account. I am currently locked out of my Agency Settings due to a faulty JavaScript snippet.
The Problem:
I attempted to implement a custom translation script (English to Hungarian) using a MutationObserver. The script was placed in the Agency View - Settings - Company - White Label - Custom JS field.
This is the code: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1THZ-7jtn246SLO7WJ1P2iFtDxnd9ivrkdH-l-Kn46Z0/edit?usp=drivesdk
The script has created an infinite loop/recursion, which causes the browser's main thread to hang (100% CPU usage) immediately upon loading the Settings page. Because the page freezes instantly, I cannot access the "Custom JS" field to delete the code.
What I have already tried:
I have spent hours trying to resolve this with the help of AI (Gemini and Claude), using Chrome DevTools (F12), but without success.
My attempts included:
• Using "Pause script execution" in the Sources tab to stop the loop.
• Setting "DOM Mutation Breakpoints" to catch the script.
• Disabling JavaScript via the Command Menu. (This prevents GHL from loading at all, making the "Save" button unreachable).
• Injecting MutationObserver = null via the Console on a stable page before navigating.
• Using CPU Throttling to slow down the execution.
Despite these efforts, the script execution is too aggressive, and the browser crashes before I can clear the field and save the changes.
Requirements:
• You must be able to gain access to the White Label Settings page (/settings/company?tab=whitelabel) without the browser freezing.
• Completely clear/empty the Custom JS field.
• Successfully Save the changes to restore account stability.
Please let me know if you have experience with GHL and if you are confident you can bypass this script to fix the settings.
Pricing: I am looking for a fixed-price quote for this task rather than an hourly rate. Please let me know your fee for resolving this specific issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
