Residential Discount Analyzer Website

Problem Statement
Manually searching Rightmove takes too long. There are 300,000+ listings, and I cannot go through them all. I need a system that looks at the property listing, and from previously sold comparables determines the end value, and then calculates the discount,, saving hours per day. We look to buy discounted/ cheap properties, and then re-sell them at market value.

What the software must do:
I need a full end-to-end system where I can paste a Rightmove link, and it extracts all property listings from that link, calculates the end (refurbished) valuation, and then ranks deals based on discount/profitability, and displays them in a clean web dashboard with photos, filters, and search tools.

The system should also allow me to filter the data further. I will provide further details of the valuation algorithm the tool must use


This dashboard should display the images of the property, number of bedrooms, property type, price, address, discount/ profitability percentage, number of days on the market. It should be able to filter by any of these above criteria also. For example, by price, property type, most discounted/ profitable, area etc.


Scraping/ Security Requirements. These are methods that can be used to avoid making too many requests to the right move server presenting unhuman like behaviour

Residential rotating proxies
IP rotation per request or per batch
Rate limiting (1–3 sec delays, randomised)
User-agent rotation
Headless browser OR HTML request system
Automatic retry + exponential backoff
Pagination handling (auto-increment index=20,40,60 etc.)
Filters via URL parameters (no manual clicking)

Ownership of software:
On final payment, full ownership of all work created for this project transfers to me. This includes the full source code, data, designs, and any project files. I must have full access and control with no ongoing dependency on the developer for future control or access.


Project Milestones:
Presenting all data & valuations accurately, processing 50000 listings in 1 minute. £100.

Fully working system fixing bugs from milestone 1, and adding in any further filtering required into the system £100

Full UI, testing, sorting bugs and final sign off and handover. £200

Agreed total cost – £400 GBP, Timeframe 2 weeks to deliver milestone 1. Further 2 weeks for milestone 2.
Testing may be done over a period of 3-4 weeks after that, before release of final milestone to ensure all bugs are ironed out and valuation methods are accurate.
