Research 100 Tech Startups Needing Dev

I need a well-curated spreadsheet of 100 technology startups that are actively looking for web development help on either Shopify or WordPress. Each company on the list must already have signalled a clear intent to hire external support (for example through job ads, RFPs, forum posts, accelerator notes, founder tweets, etc.).

Scope
• Source companies in any region—you’re free to cast a global net as long as they meet the “actively seeking help” criterion and fit the technology profile (Shopify and/or WordPress).
• Verify the lead: no agencies, no subsidiaries of big enterprises—strictly startups.
• Capture two decision-maker contacts per company whenever possible.

3. Primary contact’s direct phone number
4. Secondary contact’s email or phone (nice-to-have)
5. Short note or link showing evidence they want Shopify/WordPress development
