Rental Property Listing Website

I need a clean, modern website whose sole focus is advertising properties available for rent. The properties are to be uploaded onto the portal by myself or, after creating the appropriate account, by parties that have properties available to rent or sell. The platform must feel intuitive to individual renters browsing on any device and allow me to showcase both residential and commercial spaces with equal ease.

Every listing should feature high-resolution photos, clear pricing, a concise description, and an instant way for visitors to reach me by email or WhatsApp. Powerful yet simple search and filter tools—by location, price range, size, and type—are essential, and I want fast-loading, SEO-friendly pages so organic traffic can grow over time.

On the back end I have to be able to create, edit, and archive listings without touching code. Whether you build with WordPress, Laravel, or another mainstream framework, the admin panel must stay straightforward enough for a non-technical user. A responsive layout and basic on-page optimisation are non-negotiable.

Acceptance criteria: I can add a new rental, view it live immediately, and a visitor can submit an enquiry on both mobile and desktop without errors. I am thinking of draggin files across to the website for publishsing where in the background the uploaded photos get mildly formatted so they appear the same size and resolution.
