I’m setting up a full-featured rental portal where visitors can browse and apply for apartments, individual rooms, and entire houses—think of a lean version of Apartments.com or Zillow tailored to my specifications. The core flow should feel effortless: a prospect lands on the site, runs a property search with helpful filters, reviews rich listing pages, completes a streamlined application form, and manages everything from a personal dashboard.

Key modules I need built:
• Dynamic property search with filterable results (location, price, size, availability).
• Secure online application form that ties straight into each listing and stores submissions in a database I can export.
• User profiles for both applicants and landlords so documents, messages, and application status live in one place.
• A property-management backend for landlords where they can post listings, track applications, update availability, and communicate with applicants in-platform.

The site must be responsive, search-engine friendly, and simple for me to maintain once handed over.
