Remove code from html pages to look more APP native

I need a developer who can start immediately and complete this task in under 3 hours.

I want to strip code off html / css pages. My goal is to add these html pages into my android app. We are making pages look more app native rather than looking like a web page. This is why we will remove header and footer and add some elements.

I will give u cpanel server access.

Tasks:
- Remove headers and footers from all HTML pages.
- Remove a popup window and replace it with an inline iframe box on 2 pages that will display videos and audio content.
- Add an iframe box on 2 additional pages.

Requirements:
- Must work quickly and follow clear instructions.
- Experience with HTML and iframes is essential.
