Remove WooCommerce Gravestone Extras -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I run a Norwegian WooCommerce store that sells gravestones. On every product in the “gravstein” category, the single-product template now shows roughly 60 unwanted “extra products” underneath the main description (see example: https://gravsteingrossisten.no/produkt/n5196/). Those entries should not be there—the space needs to display the normal product text only.
Job scope
• Strip out every one of those additional items from all products assigned to the “gravstein” category, without affecting any other category in the shop.
• The solution can be a category-level filter, a snippet in functions.php, a template override, or any other clean WooCommerce/WordPress method you find best. I’m not fixed on an approach; I simply need it done quickly and safely.
• Keep theme styling, existing description content, attributes, and upsells/cross-sells untouched. No broken layouts, no lost data.
Acceptance criteria
– Visiting any gravstein product shows only the intended product description area, with zero stray extras.
– Other categories remain exactly as they are.
– Work is completed and demonstrated on staging or with a clear rollback option before going live.
Timeline
ASAP—once you confirm the plan, I’d like to see it implemented the same day if possible.
I will provide full WordPress admin access and FTP when we start.
