QR Registration Website Build

I need a web-based system where owners can register a vehicle, a piece of luggage, a school bag, or even a pet dog and instantly receive a unique QR code that links back to the stored details. The flow is straightforward: the user fills out a short form, the site generates and displays a scannable QR code, and the record is saved so anyone who scans that code sees the contact information I choose to reveal.

I’m aiming for a clean, responsive interface that works from mobile or desktop without fuss. A lightweight dashboard will let me review, edit, or delete any record and search by name, category, or code. I’m flexible on the tech stack—use whatever you are most efficient with (Laravel, Django, Node, etc.) as long as it is secure and easy for me to maintain.

• Automatic QR code generation and download after each submission
• Public scan page that reveals the stored info in a clear layout

Once everything is up, I’ll run a quick round of tests: register one item in each category, scan the codes from a phone, and confirm the data displays correctly. When those tests pass, the project is complete.
