Referral Loop Setup for StayX

I need a minimal referral loop set up for the StayX newsletter. Looking for someone who can start immediately and finish without delay. This should take about 2.5-3 hours. Budget is $45
Requirements:
- Add a personalized referral link to Listmonk emails.
- Create a `/join` page on **stayx.club** that **embeds** a Fillout form and **passes URL query params** (e.g., `?ref=`) into hidden fields.
- Ensure Fillout stores submissions (no backend automation needed now).
- Provide a welcome email template that uses the new subscriber’s UUID.
