Recruitment Website and Mobile Apps

I need a complete recruitment platform that mirrors the core experience of www.myjobmag.com and www.hotnigerianjobs.com, then expands it with an admin, agents’ portal and an intelligent candidate-to-job matching engine. The build must cover a responsive website plus fully-native Android and iOS applications served by one secure REST/GraphQL API. all integrated
Scope
The platform will let employers create and manage job posts, while job seekers can search, filter and apply. Registered agents will receive their own portal to curate openings for the talent they represent. A matching algorithm should continuously pair new CVs and updated profiles with relevant listings, sending in-app and email notifications. In addition to the three public roles (job seekers, employers, agents), I also need an administrator back-office to supervise users, moderate content, and run analytics.

Acceptance Criteria
The same login must work across web and mobile, job search returns identical results on all platforms, agents can only view and submit on behalf of their assigned candidates or employer, and administrators can effortlessly manage every data entity from one dashboard. Candidates must be matched based on the criteria of the listing and available matches must show on admin, employer and agents portal. Provide a short test plan and hand-over guide once the solution is live on my hosting and app-store accounts.
