Recreate a simple Word Press or similar website.. from my current site

I am looking for someone to create a website looking very similar in "word press" or similar
A program I can make small changes myself
It does not have to have a job board functionality
I am only working with long standing customers and just want to keep an internet presence with a site that looks as similar to this as possible
I have all the logos etc
I want to only pay a very small monthly cost to wherever it is hosted (IONOS etc)
The domain is with easyspace and it is currently hosted by https://www.strategies.co.uk/job-board-software/
I have quite good technical skills and understanding
If you were able to include a job board plug in .. let me know costs
I feed jobs from Idibu. But this is not important
Main aim to keep it cheap and looking as similar as possible
