Recreate Archived Site in WordPress

My previous website is gone from its host but the full layout still lives on the Internet Archive. I need that exact look and structure brought back to life inside WordPress.

The brief:
• Match the archived pages pixel-for-pixel—fonts, colours, spacing, images, everything.
• The site is purely informational; there are no forms, log-ins, or other interactive pieces to worry about.
• Some of the original copy and images are still with me; anything missing should be lifted from the Wayback capture and re-inserted so the finished site reads exactly as it once did.

WordPress expectations:
• Build with a lightweight, custom theme or child theme so future edits remain straightforward.
• Recreate all menus, page hierarchies, and internal links.
• Optimise images and code for quicker load times without altering the visible design.
• Hand the site over ready to import—database, theme, media library, and a quick how-to so I can keep it updated.

Please work on your own server or a staging environment; I’ll supply the archive links. Once I sign off on the replica, I’ll point my live domain to the new install.
