Recipe & Ingredient Blog Website with Custom Admin Panel (React/Next.js or Laravel)

I want a recipe blog website. Design/layout for single pages should follow the pattern of https://plantcare.dotiam.com/ (checked their Plants and Edibles single pages — hero image, quick-reference box, structured sections with tables, step cards, FAQ accordion, related-content sidebar, share buttons).
Two main post types: Recipes (ingredients, steps, nutrition, FAQ) and Ingredients (nutrition per 100g, health benefits/risks, culinary uses). If you see a third post type that would fit well alongside these two (similar to how the reference site has a third category beyond its main two), feel free to suggest it in your proposal.
Tech stack: No WordPress. I need a custom admin panel — Laravel (with admin panel + API) or a React-based full-stack setup (e.g., Next.js) for both frontend and backend. Recommend whichever gives best speed, SEO, and easy content management, and share your experience with it.
Deliverable: mobile-responsive, fast-loading site with the above page templates, SEO-friendly URLs, recipe schema markup, and a working admin panel to add/edit recipes and ingredients.
