Rebuild WordPress Blog with LMS & Ecommerce

I'm seeking a skilled Wordpress/web developer to rebuild my current Wordpress website with a focus on speed, visual appeal, and overall functionality. The goal is to create a faster, cleaner, and more stable user experience.

IMPORTANT : Review requirements, confirm feasibility and then apply for this project please. Past experience is that people apply but never finish the work. I have a clear deadline to launch my product and hence apply only if you are serious enough to complete the work.

Key Requirements:
- Improve loading speed (95+ / 'A' score on both mobile and desktop)
- Modernize the visual design
- To sell my courses online
- To sell my digital products online
- To maintain a blog where I write articles

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in website redesign
- Expertise in optimizing site performance
- Strong design skills
- Experience in improving site navigation and user experience

Most importantly, I need a stable site. The current site is buggy.

PS: Rather than start from scratch, I have put together a requirement document that is based on an existing template. Pls see if this is feasible. In addition to the specifics mentioned here, there could be minor adjustments required in the final site and need a freelancer who is flexible enough to accommodate them pls.
