Budget: $450-600
Timeline: 2-3 weeks preferred

About My Business
I run Dash Print Co., a print shop in Atlanta specializing in custom transfers and prints. My current site (dashtransfers.com) focuses on DTF transfers, but I'm expanding into a full service print provider offering banners, signs, wraps, stickers, and custom cutouts. I need to rebrand to DashPrintCo.com and update the site to reflect these capabilities.
The site already works well on Shopify's Pipeline theme with Dripp app integrated. I'm not looking for a rebuild—just a smart rebrand with better UX/UI to improve conversions.

What I Need Done
1. Domain Change & Redirect
Change domain from dashtransfers.com to dashprintco.comSet up permanent 301 redirectsEnsure all existing functionality transfers smoothly2. Homepage Updates
Update messaging from "DTF specialist" to "full service print provider"Change hero section headline and subheadlineUpdate product grid to show 5 main service categories (Transfers, Signs, Stickers, Wraps, Cut Outs)Keep existing Pipeline sections, just update content3. Navigation Cleanup
Reorganize mega menu into 5 clean categories (Dash Transfers, Dash Signs, Dash Stickers, Dash Wraps, Dash Cut Outs)Reduce 40+ navigation links down to organized structureKeep all existing Ready to Press collections but organize them better under Dash TransfersMaintain easy access to DTF and UV DTF gang sheet builders4. Add New Product Pages
I already have DTF and UV DTF products set up with Dripp. I need you to add product pages for:
Dash Signs (5 products):

Big Heads (with variants: Custom, Cheer/Sport, Pet, Double Sided)Wedding Cut Outs (with options for different types)Graduation Cut Outs (with options for different types)Total: ~17 new product pages
I'll provide all product descriptions, images, and pricing. You clone my existing product template and set up variants/options.
5. File Upload for New Products
Install and configure a file upload app (Product Customizer, Uploadery, or your recommendation)Add upload capability to all new products (signs, stickers, wraps, cut outs)Ensure it works smoothly on mobileDon't interfere with existing Dripp app on DTF/UV DTF pages6. Navigation Organization
Organize navigation to clearly show our 5 service lines:
Dash Transfers (existing DTF + UV DTF + Ready to Press collections)Dash Signs (new: window decals + banners)Dash Stickers (new: all sticker types)Dash Wraps (new: all wrap types)Dash Cut Outs (new: big heads + weddings + graduations)7. UX/UI Optimization (This is important!)

Important Notes

Work on staging/development theme first (not live site)Test everything on mobile before launchEnsure Dripp app continues working after changesAll products must have clear variant/option selectionFile upload must work across all new product pagesDocument what you've done for future updates
Questions for You
When you apply, please answer:
Experience: Have you worked with Shopify Pipeline theme before? Have you set up product catalogs with 15+ products?Portfolio: Can you share 2-3 examples of Shopify sites you've optimized? Bonus if you have product-heavy stores.Timeline: What's your realistic timeline for adding ~17 product pages and UX optimization?File Upload: Which file upload app do you recommend for Pipeline theme? Have you configured it for multiple products?Variants: How do you handle products with multiple option types (e.g., stickers with shape + finish options)?UX/UI Approach: How do you approach UX/UI optimization for sites with multiple product categories?Testing: What's your testing process before launch? How do you handle mobile testing across different products?Process: How do you prefer to communicate during the project? How do you handle a larger scope like this?Revisions: How many rounds of revisions are included in your quote?Post-Launch: What support do you provide after launch?
Timeline & Process
Ideal Timeline: 2-3 weeks from start to launch
Process I prefer:
Kickoff call to review scope, product structure, and answer questionsYou work on staging/development themeWeekly progress reviews (Week 1: navigation + first batch of products, Week 2: remaining products + UX, Week 3: testing + launch)Final review and testingLaunch when everything is approvedCommunication: I prefer quick check-ins via chat/email rather than long meetings. I trust you to do the work and keep me updated on progress and flag any issues early.

Budget
Budget: $500-600
I know this is a tight budget for ~17 products, but the key work is:
Most products share similar template structure (just different variants)Cloning product pages (using existing template)Installing and configuring upload app once for all productsUX/UI review and optimizationMany products are variations of each other (sticker shapes, wrap types, cut out occasions), so setup should be efficient once the template is right.
If you think the scope requires more budget, please explain why in your proposal. I'm flexible if the reasoning makes sense, especially for:
Complex variant/option setupAdvanced UX/UI optimizationExtensive testing across product types
How to Apply
Include in your application:
Brief intro about your Shopify experience (especially with product catalogs)Answer to the 10 questions aboveLinks to 2-3 relevant portfolio examples (product-heavy stores preferred)Your timeline estimate for this scopeYour fixed price quote (or hourly rate + estimated hours)How you'd approach organizing 5 product categories with multiple variantsAny questions you have about the projectI will NOT consider applications that:
Use generic templates ("Dear Sir/Madam...")Don't answer the specific questionsDon't include portfolio examplesJust say "I can do this" without detailsDon't demonstrate understanding of the scopeI'm looking for someone who actually read this brief and understands what I need. Quality over price, I'd rather pay $600 for someone who gets it than $250 for someone who doesn't.

About Me
I'm hands-on with my business but not a technical person. I need someone who can:
Explain things in plain English (not developer jargon)Work independently without constant hand-holdingMake smart decisions about product organizationFlag issues before they become problemsDeliver clean, tested work that actually worksIf you're the type who needs detailed instructions for every little thing, this isn't a good fit. I need a problem-solver who can figure things out and make smart decisions about organizing a growing product catalog.

Next Steps
If this sounds like a good fit:
Apply with the information requested aboveI'll review applications and shortlist 3-5 candidatesQuick 20-30 minute call with shortlisted candidates to discuss product structureSelect developer and start work within a weekLooking forward to working with someone who can help take Dash Print Co. to the next level!
