Realtime Data Web App Conversion

I need the core functionality of a desktop program rebuilt as a browser-based application.

The only features that must cross over are the real-time data routines: live data updates streamed from our internal databases and on-the-fly analytics that users currently rely on for quick decision-making.
Your work starts with analysing how the existing desktop code ingests, processes, and visualises data, then designing a responsive web front-end and a robust back-end that replicate the same speed and accuracy inside any modern browser. WebSocket or equivalent push technology will be essential to keep latency low.
I will provide access to the current source, schema details for the internal databases, and test data. The finished web app should:
• Connect securely to those internal data sources
• Push live updates to the interface without manual refresh
• Run identical analytics algorithms server-side or client-side, whichever preserves performance
• Match the current desktop user experience as closely as practical
Deployment to a staging server and concise build/usage documentation round out the deliverable set. If you have past projects involving high-frequency data streams or trading dashboards, please highlight them when you reply.
