I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a private, self-hosted website displaying real-time and derived market data for SPX (S&P 500). The site should feature a professional, dynamic chart similar to TradingView, with the following capabilities:

Real-Time SPX Chart
- 1-minute candlestick timeframe
- Dynamic, TradingView-style visuals

Data Integration (using both web scraping and APIs)
- GEX (Gamma Exposure): Scrape from specified sources and overlay on the chart
- Vanna & Charm data: Scrape from specified sources and overlay
- Options Volume (real-time): Scrape or integrate from specified data source

Chart Features
