I want a WordPress site that mirrors the smooth user experience and clean layout of https://hookemacdonald.ie/ while being tailored to my own brand.
Core structure
– Home, Listings, About Us, Blog, Services, Testimonials and Contact are the seven static pages I need. The Listings area must be easy for me to update through custom post types or a real-estate plugin so new properties show immediately on the front end. Key features
• Property search with filters such as location, price, bedrooms and property type
• Secure user registration / login so visitors can save searches or mark favourites
• A built-in mortgage calculator that works on both desktop and mobile
All tools you choose—Elementor, Gutenberg, ACF, IDX plugins, Google Maps APIs, etc.—should integrate seamlessly and keep load-times low. Design & CMS expectations
The site must be fully responsive, SEO-ready, and delivered with intuitive back-end controls so my non-technical team can add or edit listings, blog posts and testimonials without touching code. I’m open to a well-supported premium theme or a bespoke child theme if that achieves a look comparable to the reference link. Deliverables
