Real Estate Website With SEO

I need a modern, responsive real-estate website where I can publish my own plots and houses and have them found easily by buyers. From day one the site should let visitors sift through listings with intuitive search filters and place several properties side-by-side in a comparison view. A clean admin area (WordPress, Laravel or any solid CMS you trust) is essential so I can upload photos, set prices, mark availability and edit details without touching code.

To turn traffic into leads I want clear enquiry forms on every listing, phone-tap buttons for mobile users and basic analytics so I can see which properties perform best.

Alongside development I require six months of SEO focused on:
• Keyword optimization that targets location-based phrases and long-tail buyer intent terms
• Backlink building from reputable, niche-relevant sites to raise authority and rankings

If the first six months demonstrably increase qualified leads, I’ll extend the SEO engagement for a further two-year contract.
