Real Estate Sign Designer Store

I want to launch a WooCommerce-based storefront where real-estate agents can design, order, and pay for their own yard signs without ever leaving the site. The heart of the project is an in-browser sign designer that lets customers work from preset templates, then tweak them through a true drag-and-drop interface.

Core design options must include:
• editable text fields for names, phone numbers, slogans, etc.
• the ability to upload logos or property photos (PNG, JPG, SVG)
• quick color pickers so brand colours can be matched on the fly

Once a customer finishes the layout, the artwork should be captured at print-ready resolution and passed straight into the WooCommerce cart. At checkout I only need standard credit/debit card processing for now (Stripe is fine), though the build should leave room to add PayPal or bank transfer later.

Deliverables
1. A production-ready WordPress + WooCommerce site, skinned with a clean, mobile-friendly theme.
2. Fully integrated sign designer with drag-and-drop editing, template management, and the three customisation options above.
3. Automatic generation of a high-resolution PDF or vector file for each order, accessible from the admin panel.
4. Tested, secure card payment flow and order confirmation emails.
5. Clear handover: admin credentials, plugin list, and brief video or PDF showing how to add new templates.
