Real Estate Platform with Analytics

I already have a clickable prototype that sketches out a property-search map, marketplace, news feed and payment flow. Now I need a production-ready web and mobile build that brings it all to life, with special attention on the financial analysis layer.

The core user draw will be an investment calculator suite. I want buyers and investors to drop a property into the tool and instantly see:
• ROI projections over custom holding periods
• Monthly and annual cash-flow breakdowns

Everything should feel seamless inside the broader experience: search the interactive Mapbox (or similar) map, tap through listing details served by our marketplace engine, run the numbers, then complete a transaction through integrated payment gateways and third-party APIs. News and market-update modules round out the content side.

I’ll supply Figma screens, data models and API specs; you guide the tech stack, stand up the infrastructure (AWS or GCP), wire in secure auth, and deploy both the responsive website and companion app to App Store and Google Play.

Clean code, automated testing and CI/CD will be the acceptance criteria for go-live. If you’ve launched map-heavy, fintech-style apps before, let’s talk timeline and milestones.
