Real Estate Listings Website Build

I’m ready to launch a clean, modern real-estate site that can showcase my current listings and explain the services my agency offers. The core of the project is a property-search feature that lets visitors filter homes by price, location, and basic parameters, then view each listing on its own detail page with photos, description, and a quick-contact callout.

Alongside the search, I’ll need a handful of static pages—About Us, Our Services, and a lightweight contact section—so buyers and sellers understand who we are and how to reach us. A responsive layout is essential; most of my traffic will come from mobile devices.

You’re welcome to suggest the stack you’re most comfortable with (WordPress + IDX plugin, custom Laravel, React front-end, etc.) as long as the final build is easy for my team to update without touching code. Fast load times and clean, SEO-friendly markup are non-negotiable.
