Real Estate Listings Site on Hostinger
Budget: ₹600 – ₹2,000 INR
I already have a business-hosting plan with Hostinger and now need a full website that focuses on showcasing property listings. The core of the build is a clean, responsive listings section where each property clicks through to its own details page.
On that page I must be able to display:
• the price and precise location
• key room specifications (beds, baths, square footage, etc.)
• the agent’s name, phone, and email
An easy-to-use dashboard for adding, editing, or archiving listings is essential so my team can maintain the content without touching code. If you prefer WordPress, Laravel, or another PHP solution that deploys smoothly on Hostinger’s stack, I’m flexible—just keep page-load speed and mobile usability top of mind.
Deliverables I’ll use to sign off the project:
1. Site fully deployed on my Hostinger account with SSL active.
2. At least one sample property entered to demonstrate the workflow.
3. Clear written instructions (or a quick Loom walkthrough) showing how to add future listings and edit the price, location, room specs, and agent contact fields.
If you’ve built real-estate or catalog sites before and can hit those three points, let’s get started right away.
