Real Estate Listings Site Development

I need a web developer to create a clean, user-friendly real estate website whose sole focus is property listings. The site must let me publish both residential and commercial properties through an easy-to-use back-office, then present them on the front-end with robust search and filter tools so visitors can quickly narrow results by price, location, size, and any other common criteria we define together.

Core requirements
• Admin dashboard where I add, edit, and remove my own listings—no third-party submissions.
• Front-end search and filter functionality that is fast and intuitive on mobile and desktop.
• Clear separation of residential versus commercial inventory while allowing combined searches.

Nice-to-have (but not essential right now) features such as an interactive map or virtual tours could be added later, so please build with extensibility in mind.

Deliverable
A fully functional, responsive website—built in the stack you feel best suits the job—with all source code handed over, ready for me to populate with live listings.
