Real Estate Listings Site & App TAMIL

The project centres on a dedicated real-estate classified platform that must work seamlessly on the web and as a native Android application. The core flow is straightforward: property owners or agents sign up, create profiles, and post their listings; house-hunters browse, filter, and connect with them—then complete the transaction inside the ecosystem.

Key elements to be built
• User registration, social login, and a secure authentication layer
• Granular search and filter tools (price range, location radius, bedrooms, amenities, etc.) so users reach relevant listings in seconds
• In-platform chat that lets a buyer message a seller from any listing page, with push notifications on Android
• Stripe (or a comparable gateway) integration for featured-listing fees and any future premium services
• Dedicated ad slots in the UI that accept static banners or Google Ad Manager tags, adjustable from an admin dashboard

Although property uploads with images and descriptions are industry-standard, I’m happy to discuss the best way to implement or expand that piece if you have workflow ideas that improve speed or media handling.

Deliverables
1. Responsive website (front-end + admin) fully deployed on my hosting environment
2. Android app published to Google Play under my account
3. Source code and build instructions in a private Git repository
4. Brief hand-off documentation plus a recorded walkthrough of key admin tasks

Clean, modern UI/UX, solid database structure, and maintainable code are critical; I am comfortable with Laravel, Node.js, Django, Flutter, or React Native stacks so long as performance targets are met.
