Real Estate Lead-Generating Landing Page

Job Description:
I’m a real estate broker seeking a developer to build a custom lead generation funnel for both buyers and sellers. The goal is to create a simple, high-converting website with integrated automation to capture and follow up with leads in the Austin, TX area.

Scope of Work:

Design and build a landing page for buyers (including property search or listing alert opt-in)

Create a home valuation page/form for sellers

Integrate lead forms with CRM (Follow Up Boss, MailerLite, or Google Sheets)

Set up automated email or SMS follow-up using tools like Zapier or Make

Include downloadable resources (PDF buyer/seller guides) and follow-up thank-you pages

Optional: Build or connect a basic home valuation tool or calculator

Preferred Tech Stack:

Frontend: Webflow, WordPress (Elementor/Breakdance), or React (Next.js)

Forms: Typeform, custom React forms, or WordPress-based

Email/SMS Automation: MailerLite, ConvertKit, Twilio, SendGrid

CRM/Data Handling: Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or Google Sheets via Zapier

Nice to Have:

Experience with real estate websites or marketing funnels

Ability to implement lightweight backend logic (home value range estimator)

Clean, modern design experience with fast-loading pages
