Job ID: 39782638

Budget: $3,000 – $10,000 USD

Develop a Real Estate Filtering and Analysis Web Application

I’m seeking an experienced web developer to build a robust real estate filtering and analysis platform. This application will help users (e.g., investors, realtors) search, analyze, and manage property listings based on custom criteria, location filters, motivated seller scoring, comparable analysis, and offer generation. The project includes a detailed wireframe (19 pages) outlining the UI/UX, features, and functionality, which will be shared with shortlisted candidates. Key Tasks: Frontend Development: Create a responsive, user-friendly interface with clean navigation, oversized entry fields, minimalistic design, and hover effects, inspired by sites like namecheap.com (chunky fonts, focus on readability, simple drop shadows).
Backend Development: Build a secure login system, filter management (location, listing, scoring, analysis), data storage for user profiles, favorites, and activity logs.
Feature Implementation: Customizable filters (e.g., property type, year built, price range, keywords like "motivated" , "cash" etc.).
Motivated seller scoring system with weighted conditions (e.g., price changes, keywords).
Comparable analysis with adjustments (e.g., GLA SF, beds, baths) and regression charts.
Offer generation with webhook integration (e.g., to GHL) and buyer profile data.
MLS# search, valuation reports, and map view integration.

User Settings: Manage filters, webhooks, profiles, and user accounts (admin/normal roles).
Styling & Optimization: Ensure a scrollable menu bar, condensed data display, and efficient handling of large datasets.
Security & Compliance: Implement secure password changes, account deletion, and data privacy measures.

Skills & Experience Required: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a framework like React or Angular.
Backend expertise with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP, and database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Experience with API integration (e.g., MLS data, webhooks) and chart libraries (e.g., Chart.js).
Knowledge of responsive design and UI/UX best practices.
Previous work on real estate or data-driven web applications is a plus.

Deliverables: Fully functional web application with the features outlined.
Source code with comments and documentation.
Testing and bug fixes post-deployment.

Timeline:4-8 weeks – negotiable based on complexity and developer availability.

Budget:$3K - $10K – open to proposals based on experience and scope.

Application Process:
Please submit your proposal with a brief overview of your relevant experience.
Links to past projects (especially web apps or real estate tools).
Estimated timeline and cost.
Availability for calls or meetings.

Shortlisted candidates will receive the 19-page wireframe PDF for detailed review; bid may be adjusted after review. This is a unique opportunity to work on an innovative real estate tool with custom filtering and analysis features. Looking forward to your bids!
