Real Estate ERP & MLS Website
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I want a single, cohesive platform that runs my day-to-day real-estate operations and powers a modern, client-facing website. At the core sits a custom ERP where every property, transaction and lead is stored once and reused everywhere. The public site should pull from the same database so listings, photos and price changes appear instantly online.
MLS integration is non-negotiable: I need real-time data sync using the standard RETS/RESO Web API (or whichever feed you recommend). New or updated MLS records must flow automatically into the ERP and, in turn, publish to the website without manual intervention.
Beyond the MLS feed, I’m flexible on which modules you build first. Typical components such as property inventory, basic CRM tools and financial or commission tracking would be valuable, but I’m open to your roadmap and phasing suggestions.
Deliverables I expect in the initial milestone
• A working ERP back-office with secure admin login
• A responsive public website that reads from the same database
• Fully automated, real-time MLS data ingestion and update logic
• Clear documentation (API endpoints, data model, deployment steps)
Tech stack is your call—Laravel, Django, Node + React, or comparable frameworks are all fine—so long as it is well-structured, scalable and easy for an in-house team to maintain later.
