Real Estate E-Commerce Platform

I’m launching an online platform where users can buy and sell both residential and commercial properties. The site has to feel as smooth as any modern e-commerce experience while addressing the unique needs of real estate transactions.

Core experience
• Visitors land, refine their search with intuitive filters, view high-quality photos, and step inside listings through virtual tours.
• Buyers and sellers create their own profiles, manage listings or saved properties from a clean dashboard, and receive automated updates on offers or price changes.

Key deliverables
1. Responsive front-end with fast property search and multi-criteria filters.
2. Secure user registration, profile management, and role-based access (buyer, seller, admin).
3. Virtual-tour integration that works across desktop and mobile.
4. Back-office tools for adding/editing listings, moderating content, and tracking analytics.
5. SEO-friendly URLs and structured data for property pages.
6. Deployment to a live server with clear documentation for future maintenance.

Hand-off will be considered complete once the site is live, fully functional, and I have a short walkthrough video plus source code repository access.
