I am building a lightweight, mobile-optimized web platform (MVP) tailored initially for the Saudi Arabian real estate market. The platform allows real estate brokers to create a property listing once and automatically publish it across their connected social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X) and third-party real estate websites.

This is not a heavy mobile or desktop application. We are strictly building a responsive, lightweight website optimized primarily for mobile web browsers to serve as our internal use. anyone who has a strong background in backend architecture and PostgreSQL, so I value clean, scalable code and well-structured database schemas.

Core Tech Stack

Frontend/Backend:** TypeScript (Framework of your choice, e.g., Next.js, React, Node.js)
Database/Auth:** Supabase or PostgreSQL
Integrations: Official Business APIs for Instagram, Facebook, X, plus WhatsApp/SMS APIs for OTP.
